With the Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub, seamlessly bridge most Mercator Ikuü Zigbee and Doorlock products into your favourite Matter ecosystem. Matter Bridging enables non-Matter products to ‘bridge’ into the Matter ecosystem. This allows them to work in most other Matter ecosystems, such as Apple Home, Google Home, Home Assistant etc. This means most Mercator Ikuü Zigbee and Doorlocks can also work with Matter by leveraging Matter Bridging.

How to Bridge into Matter with the Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub

What you’ll need:

• A Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub (SGW103)
  
• The Mercator Ikuü App
  • • • For iOS: App Store
      • For Android: Google Play Store
• Compatible Mercator Ikuü Zigbee or Doorlock products. List provided below. 
• A Matter commissioner (such as Apple Homepod, Google Nest Hub 2 etc) and its companion app
• Stable internet and network connection

Setup:

1. Set up your Matter commissioner as instructed by the manufacturer.
2. Download and log-in to the Mercator Ikuü app on your phone.
3. Pair the Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub (SGW103) to the Mercator Ikuü app (Find out how here)
4. In the Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub’s ‘Device Settings’ (the 3 dots), select ‘Share via Matter Gateway'
   
5. Note down the Matter Setup code. It should be 11 digits long
   
6. In your Matter commissioner’s app, add the Mercator Ikuü Matter Hub (SGW103) by using the Matter Setup code noted from the Mercator Ikuü App
7. Now whenever you pair compatible Mercator Ikuü Zigbee or Doorlock products to the Mercator Ikuü Matter Pro Hub (SGW103) via the Mercator Ikuü app, they will appear in your Matter commissioner’s app as well*
